My growth tech stack
The tools I run growth with, for my own businesses and for clients. Most of it now sits behind Claude Code, so one conversation can pull search data, check an ad account, edit a website and ship the change.
What changed this year
The tools matter less than how they connect. A year ago each of these was a separate login.
AI and agents
The operating layer. Everything else plugs into it.
Claude Code Where most of my work runs. Connected to ads, search, CRM, analytics and every website I manage.
Claude Strategy, copy and research. My first draft of almost everything.
ChatGPT A second opinion, and checking how brands show up in its answers.
Gemini Long documents, and seeing how Google reads a page.
Superset Runs several coding agents side by side, each on its own task.
VS Code and Cursor The editors Claude Code lives in.
Wispr Flow Dictation. Most briefs and prompts start as me talking.
